In good physical condition with no major leaks or damage. Includes everything as shown in the photos, you may need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In fair cosmetic condition, there is some general surface rusting and corrosion on the exterior of the housing, as shown in the photos. There is also chipping on the painted surfaces, which does not affect the functionality. You may want to have this unit refinished prior to installation.
