Physical Condition:

In good overall physical condition with no cracks or damage in the hinge assembly. The leatherette material has no major rips, however there is a small cut in the material on the back edge of the lid panel as shown.

Cosmetic Condition:

In mostly good cosmetic condition, the thread has no major fading or staining. The back of the covering has a crack, and a large line of pics as shown.
